Which U.S. metropolitan areas have the ideal stability of fantastic weather and affordable housing?

I looked extremely carefully at a relevant query about 2010 or 2011. At the time, my wife and I had been functioning from home for a year or two, and we were being self-assured in the long-phrase security of our jobs. We lived in Cambridge, MA: quite substantial value of residing, fairly poor weather conditions (in the sort of very long winters). Never get me wrong, Cambridge has a ton of other things going for it. But strictly on housing and weather, it has to be in the vicinity of the base of the record. Despite the fact that we owned our residence and some rentals in the larger Boston space, and certainly we experienced close friends, there was not a lot else retaining us in town. For case in point, we had no youngsters. So we went to figuring out what was the best town to dwell in. Housing and weather was a significant aspect of our definition of “best,” but we had other needs. Neither of us wished to live in way too modest a city.
